Johnny Cree Sherry Cask Scottish Single Malt is a Double Cask whisky matured in Ex-Bourbon casks and then finished in Olorosso Sherry Casks.
This classic whisky process has layers of vanilla, honey, and cereal sweetness from the bourbon maturation with rich dried fruits (raisins and figs), candied orange peel, spiced oak and nutty complexity from Olorosso sherry wood.
