The famous cattle ranch

James Cree was a Scottish whisky maker who married John Crabbie’s daughter Agnes in 1853. In 1888 he moved to New Mexico to look after his investment in a cattle ranch that became the ‘VV’ ranch. His ranch manager was the famous Pat Garrett, lawman and bartender renowned for killing Billy the Kid.

Bourbon Whiskey

Our whiskey includes a three year old ‘high rye’ straight Bourbon whiskey, a four year old, and an eight year old Tennessee whiskey which is charcoal filtered for extra smoothness.
